1. In a small cup dissolve the coffee powder in the water.
2. Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and mix until fluffy, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add the sweetener of choice, coffee, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup and vanilla and continue beating until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, until everything is combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into the pie crust and cover. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, (or overnight).
